Hey well done on getting restrictors off the bike... ;D Norfolk you do have a Knack for making motorcycling difficult.... remember this from last year..... ;D ;D Mind you, the amount of ride outs you two go on, you are always gonna get some dodgy days... Ride safe jaz

Great news.
Ride safe.
Out of interest can you tell the difference?
Can't see much on an NTV? (Based on my thinking that they reduce the top end speed?)

I'll let Norfolk answer the question about his silencer, although I do know the result! One my earliest aNTY, (an import from Finland), the inlet rubbers had been savaged by a stanley knife (and rather badly). Turned out they had been restricted and a previous owner had enlarged the opening. (I managed to get some new ones - they were in a terrible state) I'm pretty sure Hubcap had earlier described to us some washers that had been inserted into the inlets to restrict the bike while she was on "probation" Well done Hubs on your new liberty and freedom - does the bike feel much different now you have access to all the "ponies"?

Fingers is running open pipe...........the collector box pipe is under the frame kept in place by the center stand
the restrictors put it down to 33bhp as legal requirement for a 125cc license or under 21 YO It takes about 15mph off top end but you loose the mid range grunt
her top speed was 102 & now is 117 mine is doing about 120
