unknown loose tube from carbs here is a video any ideas

can anyone pinpoint what this hose is hanging from what looks like the carbs

i am going to take the tank off and air box tommorow and have a look need to see if balancing the carbs will help
the bike is idling bad and cutting out put a new exhaust on delkevic stubby but it was running bad before the exhaust exchange.

notice delkevic have thought of everything it even has the bracket that holds the centre stand 
very nice purchase and really sounds nice.

if it cuts out on idle have you checked the pump points are good as i had same prob and it turned out the pump points were worn out
