Im captain anchovy, i live on Lat 19 south. will be 66 in september. bought an 84 MZ in 1990 and still have it. recently acquired a 1990 Revere 650. way,way back in the Dreamtime i owned a 500 velocette thruxton which I (foolishly) traded on a new 900 BMW. this i kept for maybe 6 months and then traded on a 1000 laverda. in the middle somewhere i had a Vincent rapide. now in my twilight years i have the MZ and the Honda. Such is life. Anchovy, Captain (retired)

Im captain anchovy, i live on Lat 19 south. Welcome Captain. Assuming you're on dry land, I make your location either the southern half of Africa, Madagascar, Australia, one of a number of South Pacific islands or South America. That's quite a selection!

first big bike was a 350 kawasaki twin 2 stroke. these were the ones with rotary disc valves. the carbs were stuck on each end of the crankshaft. made for a wide engine. they did a 250 twin as well. had a very second hand bultaco sherpa S 125. this was a dirt bike. not to be confused with the sherpa T which was the trials bike. had 4 honda 4s' the original SOHC ones. A.
