ok i am not one for slagging off companys on the net but
i used to order from a internet company with a yellow background with a blue W
and twice now my previous order's have been delayed by over 2 week's why well waiting on parts but when your order is in the basket at checkout it tell's you what parts are in stock.
well i orderd a front and a back brake switch and fuses new sidestand spring and fuses. only thing that wasnt in stock is 1 spring that fits beetween the rear brake switch and the rear brake lever.
so i have been waiting since 6th of april for my order only because they dont have 1 tiny spring in stock. how is that for customer service. what gets me is i have the old spring i thought i would replace as it's not very springy anymore.
this is the second order they have done this and this time i will buying on ebay from now on.
just to let you guy's know

That's not good service. I've always found them prompt in the past, but it wouldn't be the first time that a company has sat on its laurels and service has gone downhill. I hope they pull their finger out and you get your parts promptly.
