Hello everyone, new member here but long time lurker from Cornwall. You guys have already helped me out a ton with existing posts, great to see a helpful, friendly forum for the NTV! I have a 1994 NTV650 with about 70,000 on the clock still going strong. Had the bike for about two years now and love it. Best bike I have owned so far. Done a fair amount to the bike to make it mine, including: Crash bars, Heated grips, Hand guards (and bar muffs in the winter!) Aftermarket screen/fairing (came on on the bike when I bought it) DIY exhaust (second pic shows the exhaust, hope to do a post on this soon)

Yeah that's the one I bought, one thing I will say is that I'm pretty sure the welds are not stainless as they appear to be rusting... Much to my disappointment!
I looked at the jetex bends but the can I bought has an unusual size intake (the reason I chose it) so I just went to a local fabricator and asked them to put 20 or 30 degree bend (cant remember of the top of my head) in a length of stainless pipe.

Yeahh, you?
Good to hear there are still some ntvs floating round Kernow, seem to see very few these days.
Got any pics of your bike Matt? Would love to see it. When I was doing an 80 mile a day commute I was very tempted to get a powerbronze full fairing.
Is it your exhaust that rattles?
My gearbox rattles like hell at low speed 1st / 2nd gear as well. Turns into a whine when the speed picks up in these gears. I have developed selective hearing and since...
Time to fess up... I'm in Saltash, only just in Cornwall, but still the right side of the river at least!
