Hello to everyone, I have just came across this site by a stroke of luck and joined up and already a question, I bought a Honda NTV 650 restricted to 25KW, I have just passed my direct access, I now want to take theses restricting washers out does anyone know what is involved in doing so, thanks guys

Take off the airbox and carbs, washing just sit in the plastic/rubber carb mounts and can be pushed out. all i did on mine runs fine.
although while the tank and everything is off.. might be a good idea to balance the carbs and everything else.

Easy enough to do I put my washers in took about an hour.

as said remove your seat then remove your tank. remove the air box then remove the carbs you can leave all the cables on the carbs just lift them off then remove washers.
remember to turn the fule off before you remove the fule pipe

Thanks for your help and advice, I got them out today after about 3 hours and what a difference it makes, cant wait for a dry day to get back out, many thanks.
