hi managed to put my bike back together after respray, went for metallic racing green , adviced against camo theme.. total transformation just with some paint added some gold decals.. take it out tomorrow if dry.. martin..

thanks dublinntv.. yes not too bad quite happy with job.. the red was not too bad just wanted to change..custom the bike a bit.. gold decals were only a few pounds.. just sets it off a little.. saves people coming up to you and saying what make of bike is it.. all the best..

Looks nice did you use cans or spray gun?
Have you varnished over the tank stickers?

Agree against her camo. (Bike's in too good condition.) As with Gills suggestion; I too can envision gold wheels.

hi ploddit and dee dee.. thanks for replys.. went down route of having. sprayed at car body repairs shop. were they had a bake oven, have sprayed with cans before.. does not see to come out as well as professional paint shops with bake ovens,, there was a lot of prep work filling a couple of large dents in tank.. would not be able to do as well has they have.. just stuck decals on not lacquered if they lift there only 2.00 pounds a set in uk. will buy more. yes dee dee gold wheels would finish off bike,, camo effect would be good , but thought resale value would go down.. so stuck with racing green al one colour. very happy with result.. cheers lads martin..

get spare panels and tank and have them done in camo or matt black or any colour you want. change them to suit your mood. Rick
