Why not buy a cheap left hand one off , then cut a lug off that.
Right hand ones tend to be rip off numbers, so don't bin yours just yet.

bonding a replacement lug back on might not be very successful but it's worth a try. Pretty much any Honda panel with a lug should fit and I'd be surprised if other Japanese aren't the same.
As Roger says, don't discard the right hand one you have, they are a small fortune.
A new one will set you back circa £70 so be careful not to get carried away bidding on eBay etc

I've actually got another left one here, so how would i slice a lug of that one? then epoxy it on, or plastic solider it?

When I replace my panels, the right one was missing rear fixing that tucks into the rear panel.
The missing fixing was cut off the old panel, then fixed in place with a large amount of panel fixing material.
You can tell I did not do it :-)
I will take the panel off this evening and post a picture.

I bought a panel recently where the previous owner had attempted to stick a broken lug back on with epoxy resin...... it didn't even survive the posting!! The panel/lug have a very small joining area, the lug is fairly long and unless you're very careful, the panel needs a good pull to remove putting strain on the repair hence I'd be surprised if a repair held for long.... I hope I'm proved wrong. I found using a thin cable tie....2mm I think.... purchased 100 on Ebay for about £2... worked great + you've the advantage that its tricky for anyone to nick the panel. You just need to drill a very small hole just inside the edge of the panel....... looks fine and you'd never know it was there.
