Jeeeeeeess...what the heck happened there? (the naked one that is) It caught fire and was put out with water, and then left to rot or something? But it seems that with a bit of work it is possible to make a NTVille She does look nice with her clothes on It's a 650 right? (I thought the 700 had a different exhaust...)

Close buzzin.
It was left standing for a while, guy bought it stripped it back and got it back up to decent standard.
Just thought it would be nice to see that under all plastic it was pretty much a straight forward NTV.
AHTO3, how do difficult is it doing the doing the servicing, spark plugs and airfilter? do you do it or does a a garage do those jobs or you?

Hi AHTO3, glad you approve of posted pic... ;D was a bit cheeky, but your pic needed a bigger shot than the avatar.. Spark plug on the bikes seems similar the left front one on the naked ntv is a bit of a cow. Nice to have friends in the bike game.. Deauville gets real good write ups 'Very under-rated' seem to be the normal reviews. Hope the snow clears soon Ps, the book name / link has gone missing M8. can you repost it for the forum link page, please.

The picture is on google's picassaweb, but it seems the pictures are marked as private, so noone else can see them works now Yes the Deauville is a nice bike, despite it's looks (same as the V-Strom, you either like it...or you don't). I hope the snow melts away soon for you, so you can take her out again Maintenance is always a bit more tricky with more plastic, just more bits to take off before you can get to the fiddly bits And a manual always helps...

Hunting through some pics and came across the naked deuville pics after renovating. Cleaned up pretty good, i reckon. Think this colour (also AHTOs i think?) really suits the deaville...
