That looks like a cbr set of forks and front mudguard. If it is, then I know what mudguard I'm after. Nice find on the bike dude, loving that paint job!

Ooh I like those front forks,

It looks like his fabricated a down tube with light bracket welded onto it. I've been thinking about this sort of set up. I had an 80's CG125 which I restored that had this type of outer tube with light bracket welded on.
