Top Tip Alert. Easy front bearing removal, 5 mins max ! - Prize out both rubber weather seals - Leave wheel on front dash of car for a couple of hours, importantly windows must be wound up ! I know its cruel but its crucial for the success of this tip. Must also be blisteringly hot day. - Lay wheel flat and place Icecube directly onto face of bearing. Whilst the icecube melts spray penetrating oil around the edge of the ice cube (as illustrated) - Using long 1/2 extension bar with sharp edge drive out the opposite bearings. Will come out within 2 sharp taps with a hammer using this method. Ta Da ! Bearings plus internal spacer tube. All done and dusted in the time it takes to drink a cup'a tea ! My spare pair of wheels are being Repsol Orange'd tomorrow (Ral 2003) powder coated. If the bearings are left in the grease bleeds out all over your nice new wheels !

No no - subtle and classy - I've always liked the gun metal grey Revere, so i'm thinking about an Orange / Grey combo. Something like the Aprilia moto 6.5 maybe, even though you can look a bit geh on it...... It's meant to be as close to the Repsol colour as your'll get for the money. Also a Lacquer coat on the wheel. Hopefully they are going to turn out sweet Also got the frame going in early next week for a Pan Silver 75?? powder coat Will be interesting to see how they all turn out. All for the price of one months installment on a new bike.
