Hello All,
I'm after a standard NTV 650 radiator & fan for my trike, the one I have has a leak, it's from a Magna VF700. I have a replacement Magna VF700 one complete with a mesh guard which I bought recently, it's in very good condition but have since discovered that the NTV has had brackets made to fit it. The Magna radiator protrudes approximately 3 inches further out from the mountings compared to the standard one and it's that which is causing the problem, the mudguard is chaffing the radiator and has holed it. Obviously I don't want a re occurrence of the problem hence I need to return it back to a standard one.
If anyone has a standard NTV one which is in good condition with no leaks and no previous repairs then I would be very interested. I'm hoping someone can help, Please contact me by pm if you have one which fits then bill.
Thanks in advance Regards Dave

Hello Oddjob,
I'll bear it in mind, I'm now considering trying to adapt a fan to fit the Magna 700 radiator I've got. The problem seems to be the depth of the fan and housing, I think if I can get a slimmer fan/housing it may solve the problem.

I have a Revere radiator & fan, the radiator didn't leak as of last summer so is hopefully still ok (it's still attached to the bike which is gradually being dismantled), but it doesn't look exactly like new. Fan makes a noise, possibly catching on flaking paint, not sure.

I really could do with the original one but I may be able to adapt a fan to fit the Magna radiator, needs must as they say. Thanks a lot Regards Dave

Hey up Ed, The fan arrived this morning. I've tried it and it works well so hopefully I'll be able to fit it to the Magna radiator and get back on the road properly. Thanks for helping me out it's very much appreciated. I'm pleased I signed onto the forum and hope that I can offer some help to others in return. Regards Dave
