Good evening, I believe that I've read somewhere on the inter-web that:- Somebody had fitted Deauville footrest brackets onto their NTV... Because it made long cruises more comfortable for a taller rider? But I cannot relocate the website or thread to confirm this as fact...
I've a chance of picking up a pair of Deauville hangers to replace the graunched hanger, (Yes, only one.) on my hybrid NTV/Revere, but at a higher cost than the standard... (I'll swallow the extra for a bit more comfort.)
I've looked & done searches where I believed I'd read this, but to no avail... I've compared images of the NTV/Revere & Deauvilles... Although it is obvious the hanger's are different:- I can't make out if the foot peg bracket is mounted any lower on the hanger or not?
If anyone knows off hand, it'd be greatly appreciated, thanking you in anticipation...

Hope this helps... and hope the moderators don't mind me posting from another forum....!! We certainly don't mind, but I'm afraid I cannot comment on the link as the other forum banned me from accessing their site after I made a post linking to a solution in this forum.

Good morning, thanking you all for your response. I was sure I'd read it somewhere, but not enough faith in my memory to part with my cash... (& there was a time constraint on finding it again in time.) The posted picture shows it wonderfully without needing to compare it against another image. (It's quite obvious at that scale.) I even think that; That was the image I spent ages looking for yesterday. Decision made, I'll see about mounting a pair of those... Many thanks for your help.

Outcome following your replies to my inquiry:- I researched what I thought would be a fair offer for parts... I contacted the vendor to confirm; I was seriously interested in his set of Deauville foot peg hangers, (With the brake & gear pedals, if he still had them?) & discover his asking price:- Foot peg hangers with the brake & gear pedals, came in within budget... (I couldn't have argued with it, even if I'd wanted too.) So much so; That I agreed on some other bits he was selling... Brought it up above budget for hanger set alone.... But she's gotten that bit closer to 'completion'! The time constraint was his visit to within five miles of me yesterday. (So closer collection too!) & upon exchange of beer tokens... I discovered they're complete with all four pegs as well! Pitted & in need of a good clean, polish or paint, they match how I took the bike on, lol! Just wanted to give feedback & reiterate my thanks for your posts.

Something I've just spotted - the right Deauville hanger (brake side) top corner rubs against the bottom of the plastic side panel. Outlaw (previous owner of my bike) had slightly filed the top corner of the hanger - I've actually got 2nd hand hangers off eBay which I'm polishing, but I think I'll file the top corner just to be safe.
Worth checking if you have the same issue before refurbing..... Apologies for not mentioning earlier - only just spotted it....

Cheers That's Awkward, Thanks for that additional piece of information... She's completely stripped at present, (What I've got is scattered to all points.) so I'm unable to offer them up to check out things like that... I'll just give them the good clean & polish that they desperately need to be handle-able until I can check out any other issues which arise... Due to the nature of her ladyship, (I picked up a non-stock project.) the side panels will not be the issue & I'd never be able to restore her. I can only liken her to the last puppy that's been left in the dogs home... Come to think of it; That's how I ended up with my mutt, lol! Your quick reply & images were really useful, I followed your link to Outlaws description & they look comfortable & the information's all there. However, when I got the hangers they came complete with all four pegs, (Well worn, but present.) So I'm going to try those for size first. Hoping your full polish job goes well, your bike does look well tidy!
