fun would be a good word. Pleased to hear you are keeping your Revere. I will add your new one to the new gallery. She looks like she should go well.

Picked it up yesterday ;-) Shall we say that it runs very well, it was happy at 90ish on the motorway that was at 4000rpm as soon as i got it home the very wide and low handlebars came straight off, i put a set off the z1000 the ones that i put on the revere that is back to standard, if you are in top gear( 6th ) and change down to 4th and the reves are at 5500/6000 it pulls strong but when you hit 7500 all hell breaks loose red line is at 9500 which if you are in top gear is one five zero,(like the vmax i once had ) outlaw

hi, yes but it is not fitted yet my wife has bought me a higher screen for it, it is made for the speedy and you stand a better chance of getting a set of hen,s teeth than that, not in the photos is a full set of crash buns, and the foot pegs have been lowered and the bars are abought 4" higher than standard, and i have fitted a larger rear sprocket more grunt lower down the rev range, faster on the pick up, slower on top end only 145 now i am sure i will find more to do. outlaw

Like the exhausts (ie the twin pipe style) the wheels on the later bikes aslo look good.
I thought you would have done more than I could see.

Very tidy Outlaw. I agree worth the effort to shift the pipes forward. That screen also looks much better.

In the intermediate step the cross over pipe looks as though it will foul with the hugger with suspension movement.
I think the final version looks a lot better and presumably helps with clearance as well?
I wasn't keen on the original nose fairing but the replacement screen also looks a lot better, is it getting colour matched?

Jazz the exhaust system is off the newer speed triple 1050cc ,when i ask about fitting it on , some one replyed " i dont think it can be done " like a red rag to a bull i done it, a few guys on the site, said that it looks far better than the standard system, yes i will be getting the black bits sprayed blue but leave the silver bit in the middle, the grill on the rad was made from a old lorry air filter i had from work, saved it going in the skip, and saved £65 that is what they charge,i dont think they have met any one like me on there site yet, outlaw will never stop doing things :-)
