I'd recommend NikWax "wash in in products" First remove thermal lining and armour protection (and all of your loose change, earplugs, lipstick (oops sorry, that's only Jaz), then stuff your kit in the machine (Don't forget to clean out the detergent from the washing machine trays, as per instructions). Unless you have an industrial size machine (like a man sized fridge?) you will probably need to do jacket and trousers seperately.
Wash with "Tech Wash" (Green Top), then repeat washing cycle with "TX-Direct" (purple top)
Then hang up to dry
You can buy a Nikwax "TX-Direct" Spray on but you're only treated the outer layer of your suit and that's not going to keep you dry. The spray on is really only for single layer garments, like a walking jacket.
You can get this at any decent outdoors shop, or my old favourite - Hein Gericke (still no commission!) Tech Wash - £3.99 TX-Direct - £6.99 (Wash in or Spray on)
Not quite sure what sizes these are for, I use it on all my outdoors stuff and buy 1 litre bottles - Tech Wash = £9.99, TX-Direct = £12.99, that was from a Military Surplus in Catterick. This stuff really works and if you want to keep your Goretex guarentee, you should wash with their own product, or this at least once per year (more with heavier use).
Unless you have a spare set of kit, or are not using your bike often. I'd now recommend waiting until better weather as it will take a day or two to dry, before you can wear again.
DO NOT TUMBLE DRY!

I usually use one of those aerosols (spray cans) of stuff that claims to waterproof your textiles. But after wearing them once or twice the layer is gone .........
Maybe I'll try to get a similar product over here.
In the meantime: only ride when it's not raining
Ride safely (& dry).
