hi im dave this my 1st post
im seriously thinking about purchasing an ntv which will be my first proper bike since an rd250 back in 1981. iv been riding vespas for the last 6 years and will continue to do so, the scene is brilliant and no 2 vespas are the same. Anyway ive just passed my restricted access test and was wondering do the ntv`s lend them selves to a 33bhp restriction kit??

Yes they do There are plenty of NTV's out there with a kit fitted....but they can be hard to obtain. The kit is simply a ring on the carbs restricting the airflow.

Welcome to the club Ginola. I am a major fan of these bikes. They are very easy bikes to ride, and if you want to play they handle very well in the bends. If you need any help with that email or you want help loading a picture on the forum yellowmelos just drop me a pm.

Nope, your right... the person who i got the trike and bike off swapped the 600 engine in the trike with the 650 from the bike .... but i don't think he know the 650 was restricted....
or was not clever enough to remove them !!!

happens all the time....first bike and people don't realise the 650 is suppose to have a bit more grunt Even at 33 bhp it's a very nice bike
