As JJ said earlier, it was indeed a lovely day for it. Fortunately, it coincided with Maggie's Run with Blairgowrie & District MCC, here's a feel of the day: Route (what's the point of having a big flat tank, if you don't use it?): Hardly anyone turned up (this is just half the car park): "Arty" shot of father & son machines stopping for a leg stretch on the Moulin moor: Same stop - bigger view: Petrol stop in Aberfeldy: Last cuppa break & big mistake of the day: Why mistake? The lad spotted, fell in love with, and signed a bit of paper for a Bandit 600 (1999, one owner, 20k, all the upgrades I would make) - roll on next weekend when I take him over to collect it .....

Great pics, the bikes in your pics are more than what I saw all day on my 70+ mile blast, I parked up at the Black Mountains for about 15 minutes waiting to get some bike shots, NOT ONE bike passed Congrats on the Bandit

Great scenery up north as well. I see you were not the only NTV there. Keen eyes that man! He didn't make the run, just came to see us off - you might recognise the bike as being that of buckiemick, late of this parish - the present owner bought it off Mick a wee while back. I dropped a few not so subtle hints about signing on here, we'll see ...... As for piccies, here's a couple more angles on that scenic view: Looking back: Looking ahead: ... and finally, an artistic sideways shot showing off the ex-Mick aNTy, twist those necks, boys! Enjoy! PS - The wee GN400 (MYH 78X) is up for sale now to fund the lad's insurance - scruffy but mechanically sound first kick starter (once you know the knack!), T&T to April '11 (or is it March, I forget!) - any offers?

As Jaz says lots of pics from all sides this month. Must be time for a wallpaper selection me thinks. I spotted his "ex" NTV but I did miss his initial post on her "the shame" Great looking bike even though I am not normally a big fan of the green.

Must be time for a wallpaper selection me thinks. and you're right unfortunately, I'm struggling with a poorly laptop and inadequate t'internet connection or I would set up the poll etc. There have been many good offerings lately; we can choose candidates from them, or others if anyone wants to suggest one My IT should improve once I'm next home, but that won't be until 22 May
