Hi Blitzman I think I'd just remove the plugs, put a few drops of light engine oil in the bore and turn aNTy over a few times.
Plugs back in, then try and start her up, keep the revs down for a while and the load light until you're happy whe is warmed up and ready to produce a little power for you.
Make sure you have a healthy battery and it is worth trying to "prime" the carburretors, or even jury rig a "fuel tank" directly to the carbs with a gravity feed. The fuel pump will only pump fuel when the engine is turning over.
Do make sure you give a good oil and filter change after being stood for that length of time.
Good luck and please report back

The recommended viscosity is 10/40 Personally I'd use Semi Synthetic. I believe it's kindest to the gearchange (particularly important on our aged aNTys) and clutch.
The absolutely "must do" thing is to make sure the oil is suitable for motorbikes with wet clutch.

Eh...just a quick note: you might want to use new sparkies Just one less thing that could go wrong when starting her (and well, it's part of the service anyway) Depending on the state of the airfilter, you might want to clean it or change it too.

might be worthwhile dropping the rear diff oil as well, however that is best changed after a ride of about 30 - 35 miles because its abit warmer and easier to drain then. Also After 3 yrs of being stood the brake calipers could be abit sticky, so might be worth giving them a clean. to get through mot.
