In some countries (eg US and UK) a half decent lawyer could still find some route to not only prove his innocence, but somehow claim a compensation for illegal arrest, and unfair treatment I'm convinced that this is the case in the US. But I like to think that us over here in europe have a bit more common sense. ;D ;D ;D Which made me think of a dutch joke: do you know what those extremely tight trousers are called (when worn by a suitable female): whispering trousers (in dutch: "fluisterbroek") Want to know why ? Well you can see the lips move, but you can't hear anything ! ;D
