All fitted and jobs a goodun. Often on Honda's Built since the late 80's the starter relay is the cause of starting and charging problems. As they corrode internally the resistance rises so everything else has to work harder to produce the same result.
Thing is of course you can't see internal corrosion and the way the relay is built it shouldn't cause any problems but it invariably does. So if you have a charge problem where you seem to be missing 0.5-1.5 volts its worth taking the charging voltage reading from the reg/rec and then comparing it to the voltage at the battery, if different its the starter relay failing not the reg/rec. Also keep in mind most after market NTV reg/rec's have the wrong connector at the alternator side, its reversed but these can easily be changed using your original plug and a set of good crimping pliers.
