I think to begin it was funny, but man, those filming must have been his friends. Must have seen the state he was getting into before he left the pub. what if he HAD of got out onto a main road...... Think one of them might of had the decency to help him out. it was quite sad really. Mind you, it also serves as a warning that the beer we get is so much Shite, when you consider how much better foreign beer is, (think export heineken over the 4. stuff we get.... )

YUCK, sorry, had to get that out why? someone mentioned the worst beer to come out of the Netherlands and called it good (ok, ok, it's not the worst ever...that would be Oranjeboom...and the brits seem to like that too ) Oddly enough I even prefer the lager in the UK over Heineken....especially the export version of Heineken. The conservative in that gives me an instant headache. But everyone their own taste.....just don't serve me Heineken if possible Some nice Dutch/Belgian beers: Gulpener, la chouffe (B), Chateau Neuburg (NL, limburg), Palm (B), Jopen (Haarlem), Hertog Jan, Grolsch, Leffe (B), Erik de Noorman (Hillegom) and there are more But about the poor guy: I'm not sure I like his friends If I was in a state like that I think I would prefer it if they took me home But yes....it could be used as a nice instructional video for kids. ps. When did ordering a lager become science? - "I'll have a lager please" Which one? we have X, Y, Z, and the rest of the alphabet... - "a real lager...not a pilsner" Which one? -"a local one" Which one, I don't know where they are from. -"then how am I suppose to know??" Alright, I'll pick one, is this one (X) good? -"You tell me...." *sigh* -*sigh*

mmhhh Franklin, what a nice idea...and at European prices too...Hehe Buzzin, have tried quite a few Dutch beer. have a Dutch pub in chinatown we use ( Yeah, i know weird or what.. ;D ) but any way we go there most months before we hit china town and the beers are....well Different. Orangeboom, blond beers and framboise. all so different from english beers. me i like lager and i like heineken but export only Dislike stella but really like grolsch (ohh and fisher when i can get it) But currently going through a Cider phase. Hate Bulmers woodpecker and Strongbow Black K cider for those one off hits, and magners pear cider with ice (poncey but refreshing ) Btw, Nice to see we can all see the funny side of dopeys drinking but are sensible enough to knwo how good friends really should behave...

Lager is nasty buisness, very few of them taste like a real beer.. and they want to put the price up? my fav's are... staropromen, mariesatad. leffe.. polish beer has a great taste and was cheap till they joined the commoners market.. Ive tested a few foreign m8's on English lager... 1st taste is enough, i'm lucky it wasn't spat back in my face. English beer you can't beat, especially in shropshire the home of English brewing.. Europe can keep it's Lager and capuchino.. i'll stick to real beer and a nice cupa tea!
I recon this guy was setup by his friends and it looks a bit staged with the crowd not helping.. he looks more than drunk to me.

Europe can keep it's Lager and capuchino.. i'll stick to real beer and a nice cupa tea! Same goes for me too! Although I contest Shropshire as being the best for brewing beer. Despite being an Ardent Yorkshireman (Tetleys, Theakstons, John Smiths, Black Sheep to name a few) Some of of favourite brews are from Southern breweries - that's me thrown out of the Northern Beer Drinkers Guild now ;D Tea - any builders tea will do, stronger the better, but by choice Taylor's of Harrogate I do have a sneaky "alternative" tea and that is Lapsang Souchong, strong and black strips the enamel from your teeth, excellent for degreasing oily engines

TGIF Not riding tonight so out comes the triple distilled voddy (rocket fuel) straight from the freezer... Shall put my feet up and watch a few "totally legal new films" *COUGH* Rode North last night, landed on the doorstep v late (circa 2315), after a painfully busy ride for much of the way (discovered today it is the start of half term - no wonder) Five Hours; all of it in darkness and approx 1/3 in rain. Not the best conditions for riding a bike, but hey - two wheels beats four except when it's snow and ice. That vodka sounds like "professional drinkers only". I'll pass on that, but can confirm that tonight will be a few beers, followed by a bottle of Merlot, after which methinks the top will fall off my whiskey decanter and a few drops of amber nectar will spill out, to be caught in my cut crystal drinking trough. Enjoy your movies
