A few people have commented on the ST1100 (mighty Pan) flight deck instrumentation. Here is a Pilot's eye view with the extras labelled. The standard handlebar layout is identical to aNTy's Click on the thumbnail for a larger image I have had to disarm the weapons systems after a police caution, so sadly they aren't showing. Next time I have the camera out and my butler restocks the cocktail cabinet, I'll provide pictures of that.

If you think the 'dashboard' of the pan is impressive, have a look at all the switches & buttons I saw on a Yamaha motorbike ambulance this summer in Nijmegen (= town in the east of Holland): It was on a call-out, but I was just too late to see it arrive with blue lights & all. Franklin

Just a few things I like about that one: 1: cheap heated grips seem to be good enough for pro riders 2. I think I can guess what the blue button does...I would have trouble reading the label during driving though... 3. I love the fact they don't have a horn button anymore....they made it in to a Push-To-Talk button (PTT) ... why need a horn when you have sirens I wonder how much of their training is just remembering all the switches

Having a closer look: I think the control panel on the left is for communications only. I don't know where the switches for the blue lights & sirene are fitted. By the way: a horn is mandatory. So I don't think that this bike goes without one; but they may have relocated the button for it. Franklin
