Can anyone tell me how to change the buld in the speedometer

Remove the instrument cluster.
On NTV600 models, remove the three screws and the four nuts on the back of the cluster which secure the rear cover, noting the order of the washers and rubber grommets.
On NTV650 models, remove the screws securing the rear cover and remove the cover.
Pull the relevant bulbholder out of the back of the cluster.
Gently pull the bulb out of the bulbholder.
If the socket contacts are dirty or corroded, scrape them clean and spray with electrical contact cleaner before a new bulb is installed.
Push the new bulb into position; push the bulbholder back into the rear of the cluster.
Install all disturbed components.
