Hi people, can't believe I've finally found what seems to be an active NTV group. I've had my NTVs a few years now and have been a fan of them back to my London despatch riding days although never had one then. As soon as I wanted something reliable, easy to service (apart from the valves) and cheap to run commuting back and forth to work and touring I knew which bike I wanted. Must confess, always been a Honda fan too so it'll be no surprise I also have an 05 Blackbird and an 08 Repsol Fireblade and yes I did say NTVs, presently have 3. Long story, tell ya later.
Anyway, will be having a good read through the forum.
Richard B.

Try again :-[ Here's my NTVs. This is 'P'. First one I bought. 11080 miles on the clock, had been sat in a chaps garage for 3 years, spent a lot of time cleaning the carbs out. Immaculate. This is 'M'. Bought it after coming off 'P' on mud, (thanks to an arse deciding to hard brake, flash his indicator once and turn right in front of me. Cost me £82 for new bars and an indicator off eBay). Bought it because I couldn't stick driving to work while 'P' was off the road. It was a Honda dealers loan bike with 58k on the clock and in very good condition. Original except for the motad which I've now replaced with an original exhaust. Only ridden this one on the test ride. Has spent most of it's life as a sideboard behind my sofa otherwise under cover. Plan to sell this one. This is 'N'. Presently carrying me back and forward to work. When I bought 'M' I really wanted another low mileage one like 'P'. This one came up on eBay a month later, couldn't believe what I got it for considering I paid £1500 for 'P'. Bars didn't feel right which turned out to be bent. £84 replacement. Unfortunately N & P are not as shiny as they were after 40K of British weather. Both now have Baglux covers, givi rack, Oxford hot grips, Oxford clock, goodridge pipes, HH pads, front and rear mudgaurd extenders. Had to get the rear ones from Germany, worth having. Anyway, here's a bit of Photo Shopped P & my nephew. Thanks again for the welcome. Richard.
