I keep posting about the mini LCB Y pieces, available in mild or stainless steel, cheapest way to go all round to be honest : www.minisport.com/mini-spare-parts/Mini_LCB_Manifold.htmlYou can buy a stainless `varient` on Fleecebay for about 23 quid if my aging memory serves me right, just can`t go onto their site from here. Again from memory, I think the Ebay UK seller you want is minimine-ltd and p&p is normally free!

Yeah my point being you can buy one already for £20, or buy a mild steel Y piece for £10 and then a stainless link pipe swept up to 30 degrees for £12 and be sorted. Theres no point this guy making them if they're just gonna be more expensive than what already exists.

This is what you get for £23:- I still need to get skip diving... But, hopefully it gives the idea.

What I would pay good money for on the other hand, is a left exit link pipe, that curves round in front of the rear wheel so the silencer sits on the left of the bike, so it doesn't obscure the rear wheel, i think the single sided swing arm looks gorgeous but having a bulky silencer even slightly in the way looks rubbish. Lots of hawkers on the US forum seem to do that.

Nice one Dan... Many thanks for that link! (Not only save alot of time & mucking about, but; Comes in within my sort of budget too!) Hi Ray, I went standard as I wanted it in stainless: - The inlet side is 38.7mm. (x2) The outlet side is 45.6mm. The overall length is 305mm. Measurments quoted to me by; Minispares.com The Y-Piece 'should' be to standard dimensions. More exact than me with my dodgy glasses!

by the way, 30 degrees of upsweep should bring you roughly to a point where you can hang the silencer from the rear bolt hole of the footrest hangers, may take a bit of jigging about though, and you may have to have someone chop some length off of the y piece potentially
