Hi everyone. I experimented with a home made exhaust system and I've decided I want to go back to stock, so if I can recoup some of the money I spent that'd be nice. The exhaust is the stock silencer off of a GSXR750 k8 Looks just like this: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/suzuki-gsxr-600-750-k8-k9-k10-L0-exhaust-end-can-silencer-/140891665445?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item20cdcc3425&_uhb=1With a nice aluminium heat shield that covers the 2 into 1 pipe. unfortunately the whole thing is a bit scratched up, you don't notice too much when its on the bike but up close it's not too pretty. The real advantage is that it's titanium, so totally rust free, it's well made and since it's the end can from a system that has a cat and collector seperately to the end can, it's not all that quiet or restrictive so it sounds really nice. Not obnoxious at all, snarls at mid revs quite nicely. The 2 into 1 is made of stainless and has been shimmed with a bit of tin can just to step up the end of the 2 into 1 into the silencer. seems to work fine. I probably spent around £60 in total, which is a bit above the odds I guess. I just really miss the stock can, i like the bike quiet. So whoever can give me as much of the money I spent back will get it delivered to their door!

Hi there,
Im in west midlands but travel around a fair bit so could fit in lots of places on the way to somewhere else.
It's currently on a 1992 revere so it'll go straight accross, it's basically a 2 into 1 pipe that fits straight onto the downpipes, and then the silencer box clamps onto the 1 pipe output of the 2-1, which as said above is shimmed with tin can. It'll all go straight accross and I can help you put it on if you like.
Its not much louder than stock at all, its just an alright, road legal, rust proof alternative I guess.
where abouts are you?

nah it's got the clamps with it, and I've re-purposed a piece of MZ as a hanger to support the silencer from pillion end of the peg hanger, manchester is cool, I might be able to drop it off sometime to be honest if it'd work for you? then give you a hand fitting it, good excuse for a ride in the peaks! I'll try and get some pictures if you like? pm me you email address and I'll get something to you.
