Does anyone no if a seat from ntv650 will fit the ntv600? Im mid project at the minute and really like the look of the 650's seat compared to the 600. so if it fits ill get one on ebay. Im converting the bike to look a little more like a cafe racer. Any other suggestions for seating welcome

Does anyone no if a seat from ntv650 will fit the ntv600? Yes it will the main differences between the two are engine size (internal size, not the external), the top yoke & handlebars and instrument console

That looks like a deauville seat.
I think you would have to rework the side plastics to make that fit.

I'm about ready for a better seat - I got a spare one very cheaply in a similar state of disrepair from ebay, fitted it to the bike, and removed the grey coloured one I originally had. I raised the front portion with foam, stapled black vinyl over and fitted it to the bike.
Sadly, it totally spoiled the looks of the bike, and whilst it gave extra legroom, it had me leaning forward on my wrists which was way too uncomfortable.
I was oging to buy a Topsellerie seat instead, but am not flush enough, so I did the Deaville hangers thing and it worked very well.
I was told there is a furniture upholsterer half a mile from my house, I got in touch and am going to see what He can do - he's mainly furniture, but does a few motorcycle seats as well.
