Ive seem to found the end of my starting / charge problems Guy downstairs has been helping me out and found a post on the net saying that the 30amp fuse on the soliniod can become rusty and can cause some random electrical faults So after removing the regulating recectifier (after major effort and cutting disks) i went onto removing the fuse to find it covered in rust and powder ... Cleaned it up plugged a new one in and rebuilt the bike After jump starting it from another battery i left it to run with the lights on full beam and indys flashing ( thats where my problem was ... Battery wasnt getting a charge with the lighta on ) so after 20 the bike was turned off then started again The bike hadnt been starting after running with the lights on justa a flat battery Looks like its been sorted for the moment ... Now all i need is tax and iam back on the road for summer
