Hello All,
Well I phoned a local bike dismantlers today about the NTV 650 radiator and was told £65.00 + VAT ie £78.00 inclusive for a second hand one that was in their words "not very good but useable"
Now me being out of work and on an extremely tight budget I thought stuff that I'll try and get another fan to adapt to the Magna VF700 radiator I've got and move the radiator back towards the frame thus eliminating the problem of the mudguard catching it.
I need to know the depth back to front overall and the diameter inclusive the shroud. Looking on fleabay I would think that maybe the small one off the CBR 1000 would work but I don't know the dimensions to compare it with.
To that end I'd like to please ask anyone who has a fan off an NTV 650 if they would measure me one up?
Thanks in advance Regards Dave

Hey up Lee,
Very kind of you. I'm hoping to get another fan and possibly a radiator as well but it's always handy to have a back up in case one goes as I've already found out the hard way. I'll get back to you after Tuesday when you return to the UK.
Thanks again Regards Dave

Hello All,
Jobs a good un as they say. I fitted the NTV fan which Ed (Smartiedarkblue) kindly let me have and fabricated some brackets for it, fitted it to the Magna radiator. There's loads of clearance so hopefully there'll be no repeat of the chaffing problem I had before. Slight leak from the O ring on the petcock on the bottom of the radiator but I put this down to it being stood for a while dry, it seems to have improved just from starting and running it a short distance so it should hopefully seal itself.
Thanks to everyone for their help Regards Dave
