Ok, I'm not familiar with the bike tests in the UK to be honest, but I am guessing you just passed your test to get a learners license? (or a full one?) Either way, congratulations! I hope you have a lot of safe driving miles to go on your bike

Hi Skyhook... Congratulations and welcome into the light... ;D Just in time for spring?..... A Bike, A Rider and some good weather........I make that 'NTV' O'clock. Checking out the NTV Owners MapI can see that from yours a quick sprint to the Ace would be easy to do, or a bit further a field is Box hill or Possibly the new forest for a real run out, (Maybe even get Rj and McF and anyone else who was interested involved) and of course top of tree Re; rideouts has to be the 'NTV Owners' Rideout to Builth, Wales

If you're going by motorway it should be easy enough. When you plan on taking the mountainroads, get some instructions before you go It helps if the first long ride isn't alone (when on mountainroads that is). But that's just my experience

What you guys think ?? Sounds like a plan Box Hill is a good spot for a short run out. It's within easy striking distance for Jaz66 too, so PM him with a little notice next time and you might be able to share a brew. Slightly further afield is Loomies (take a look at the Google Map maps.google.com/ (you may need to search for "Honda NTV Forum Map") for location in Meon Valley) and beyond that is the majesty of the New Forest with RJ2Para potentially available for an NTV Brew. I work between Gosport and Leatherhead and often around on weekends. Mighty Pan should be back on the road from end Mar; if I'm not sailing I'm always up for a ride and a brew. If you're happy to take 3 days for your journey through France, I'd suggest staying off the Autoroutes and enjoy some of the local roads, providing you're comfortable being on the "wrong side of the road". Route planning is well considered in advance. Are you using a SatNav, paper maps/route cards or following your nose?
