Pleased you are happy. Found this on our old forum. ruffster893 Oct 2008 ------------------------------------------------------------------ Fixed it this morning... I'd been checking the wire to the fan thermostat rather than the temperature sensor... You guessed it - the wire was loose under the tank so I pushed it home fully and it clicked. The gauge needle went up today and came back down further than before when the ignition was switched off so its looking good --------------------------------------------------------------------- Good luck Cowboy. roger

Congrats Cowboy on getting your aNTy home
Temp Gauge won't stop you riding, so let's get it sorted out in slow time.
Check the wiring first as suggested. But make sure it's the thermostat not the one of the fan as suggested.
You will need the tank and air filter off. Thermostat is between the frame top members just beind the fork stock. "Sender" unit is bullet connector on the thermostat. It works by earthing as I guess you know, so to test that, remove the bullet connector and (with engine running) put wire to a good earth.
