hi outlaw, great job on the front end. is the front end higher at all? are the cbr forks longer than the ntv ones? im asking as i have a jack up kit that fits the ntv ( not sure what bike it come off though) and it would be nice to lift the front aswell if possible. again well done on your twin disc conversion

The front end is the same height as standard as the handlebar risers that i fitted takes the extra lenth of the forks so the front end looks normal, outlaw

Hi, I'm new to this forum, I've got 5 bikes, but am commuting on a 1990 NTV600. compared to my other bikes the front brake is not brilliant. I've rebuilt the caliper with new seals and flushed the fluid, it's just my other bikes have much better brakes. So I have been thinking of a twin disk conversion. I liek your conversion, it looks really good. Just so I'm clear - did you use the CBR600 yokes or the NTV yokes? If CBR are the head bearings the same? Cheers, Mat Grant.

Hi, the head stock is standard ntv the cbr600f2 forks are 41mm the same size as the ntv, to get them to fit the revere if you have the 2 pice alloy bars you will need a spacer under the handle bars as the 600 fork are a bit longer, or you could use the ntv tubes and fit them in the bottom cbr bits where the caliphirs are But you WILL NEED TO CHANGE THE MASTER CYLINDER as the ntv is for a single disk and you will not pump enought fulied i used one off a honda deauville 2002 no problem, outlaw

Hi, Thanks - that's really useful info. So if I picked up a CBR600 F2 front wheel and fork legs complete (ie with speedo drive and spacers etc), (and CBR600 brake calipers and master cyl), I can bolt the forks straight into the NTV yokes, once I've worked something out for clip ons? Cheers, Mat.
