Nice work, applaud your project Could you give an instinctive view if there is any slight difference in the "feel" of the steering after the conversion? I would really appreciate the result All the best Ed

hiya,
just curious, on the standard ntv front end the speedo drive comes off the front wheel. Is this the same with the cbr front end, and if not how are you going to overcome this.
cheers ed

Don't be daft outlaw, paint the rear wheel white too! Much nicer colour.....heck of a lot more work to keep clean though Looks like a nice project....if I had time and a place to do it I would love to do something similar.

I dont really see the benefit of all this work? An uprated master cylinder, braided line and good quality pads should be more than enough, if the forks had damping adjustment then fair enough but preload doesnt really need adjusting once the sag is set and you can achieve this by just using the correct size spacer internally....?
Sorry to be negative!

no problem i like working on the bikes and wanted to see what it looked like with twin disks, braided lines front and rear fitted and good quality pads, when i had the vmax and z1 i done a lot of work on them, like my wife say,s some people smoke and some drink i spend my money on my hobby, i work on the bikes and cars as i have built 2 kitcars in the past, i have a heated garage to work in and there is crap on telly, ps i now have a deauville front wheel to go on all the best john
