These are great...
i used to commute 40 miles into london on a 180cc scooter, in all weathers....
i could save an additional ten minutes a trip by not struggling into, and out of, waterproof trousers...
I'm not a great one for looking cool, tho'

Fair commute on a 180 scooter.

Oh I don't know though. Might not suit us image conscious Brits (image conscious! On an NTV!) but they seem to sell in lorryloads in France.
Was in Paris in February a few years ago and they were everywhere. Admittedly mostly on scooters large and small but obviously effective. Different bike culture, different country, different attitude to transport.
I might try one if I still had a long commute.
