How do I replace the Coolant, I cant find a drain plug anywhere I had read somewhere to remove both radiator cap and drain plug, then after draining the system to wash it out clean with a garden hose in the radiator, then fill with new coolant - anyone got some tips for me ??
Ok well I loosened the impellor and a lot of coolant came out but it did not empty the reserve chamber which still has the old coolant in it, how do I completely empty the whole system ??

According to my Haynes there is a drain plug on the water pump. You also need to remove the petrol tank to get at the Rad cap. To empty the expansion tank disconnect the inlet/outlet pipe or syphon. I am sure you will get better detail from others I actually used my paper copy (paper rules , but if stuck you could look here. wbieniec.kis.p.lodz.pl/moto/ntv/manual/

The easiest way to drain the system is to loosen and remove the bottom hose from the inlet to the pump.
AS RJ says, there should be a drain plug on the pump body. There are 5 bolt heads, one is the drain, two are the bolts that clamp the two halves of the pump together and two others go through the pump body and fasten it to the crankcase.
Remove the drain bolt and it will allow the last part of the coolant to drain from the system.
The best you can do with the header tank is to flush it through, unless you are prepared for the nightmare of removing it (nearly impossible with the engine in the frame).
If you flush through with clean water, you could syphon or syringe it dry.
Make sure when you refill, that you use distilled water, unless the collant is pre-diluted.

wait for it....I have a pic All but the very first Reveres don't have a separate drain plug for it....they use one of the mounting bolts. (that's what it says in the haynes manual)
