This is one of my other terror weapons-a `92 GSX1100G that I`ve owned for 3 years now. Spent a lot of beer/holiday tokens 18 months ago on freshening things up a wee bit ie 1216cc Wiseco kit, cylinder head skimmed and gas flowed and new guides. A new camchain installed and the carbs were stripped, cleaned and rebuilt. Added progressive fork springs and a new Hagon rear shock. It is an absolute flying machine and has dragged my hairy derriere all over Europeshire without complaint. I have got the brakes apart at the moment for their first major overhaul and upgrade.

Very good looking bike ! It reminds me the Suzuki VX800, also a V-Twin Shaftie like the NTV. Naked V-Twin Shafties are my favourite kind of bikes. Naked : Pure Motorcycle Spirit V-Twin : Sound and Torque Shaftie : No maintenance and less Riding Noise When I was looking for one of these bikes the NTV won because it also had the single sided swing arm and monoshock. A very uncommon package. But that in-line 4 with 100hp must provide very good sensations too.

Hi KirriePete, interesting that you had one of these. I've always thought them an absolutely gorgeous model and nearly got one in about '96 down in Lincolnshire. Comfortable seat, good looks, shaft drive, power if you need it. My NTV is back otr after winter, let me know if you want to meet up some weekend, I'm in N Fife.
