Just 'cos I like teasing Bisto, here's another pic showing how the bike sits under it's own weight. High res' pics & possible video to come soon.

Went to visit engineer to get final measurements of the switch-gear arrangements & took a few snaps. These are my last photo's of this bike in this thread as the front-end is now done. All further updates to this project is under the Ongoing project (never ending) thread. (p.s: There 'might' be a video being posted there soon, so you'll hear the exhaust note & see that it does work) I'll be more than happy to explain this conversion & answer any questions.

Amazing bit of workmanship and admire your perseverance with all the problems that arose!! Looks great though not sure I could have been bothered as I'm really impressed with the power of the single disc.................... its easily enough to lock the front wheel and you can't do better than that.

Agreed that's it's completly overkill, I don't do speedy, zoom, zoom, but I can do an emergency stop with one finger, plus I've noticed a huge difference in the road holding, especially in fast sweeping corners.
The cost is carrying out this conversion very quickly mounted up, but I haven't seen another Revere or a NTV with USD's & 'wavy' disks - I like being different
