Fortunately, mine seems to be in good condition... But when I thought everything was ok the thermo fan switch decided to malfunction.... Probably the issues I was having were due to a combination of failures on the thermostat and the fan switch sensor. Although it's an expensive part , I will replace the fan switch for a brand new one hoping that this solves the problem definitely. DavidSilverSpares sell these at a better price than wemoto. I guess it needs tank off again because I need to drain the system again in order to replace the switch with no leakage ... I'am starting to get tired of this. Needs patience and persistance. I am wishing not to have any more susprises with this one...

Here is the solution to all the problems I was having with my NTV cooling system : Bought a new Thermostat and a new Temperature Sensor. Installed both 2 days ago and all has been fine since. I have done several miles on city traffic and on open road and no overheating, temp gauge now behaves smoothly, fan starts to work around 2/3 on the temp gauge never letting it go beyond that. I think all the issues I was having were due to a combination of failures, both on the thermostat and temp fan switch. I spent around 100 € on this, but it was worth it. Once again, your help was much appreciated.
