Simple idea, where can we go and how far is it?

So we need a location and some starting points.

Gosport =60 miles
norwich
Birmingham
Manchester
Middlesborough

More to the point how far would most of us ride to a one day meet, must admit with my advanced years a 300 mile day would be about it.
