Uhm, I'm guessing those are the bearing for the steering/frontforks, right? If so they should be reasonably cheap at any bike store.

Wemoto are generally as good as anywhere shop.wemoto.com/pictures.dyn?u=5835423qqq25618£27.26 plus postage You will need more than a big hammer to get the old bearings out! The easiest way is to remove your forks and yokes, the upper inner race is fairly straightforward to remove, but you may need to "persuade" the lower inner race off the bottom yoke. The outer races are a transition fit in the frame and it's very awkward to get at the back face of the to drift out. The easiest way is to run a small bead of weld on the bearing face, when the weld cools, it will either shrink the race out, or crack it and make removal easy. Without access to a welding set, if you have a mini grinding set (like a dremel), you can always try and cut them out, but this is painstaking work. To install the new, try putting the outer races in the freezer overnight, make sure they go in square and try to pull them together (one at a time) with a long threaded bar, a couple of nuts and two pieces of plate with holes in the centre. Some photos and a record of your progress would be appreciated for other forum members. If you figure out other ways to do it, please post

That was quick! Where did you get them from? Were they reasonably priced
Very interested to know how you found getting them out
Good luck with the bottom set - you might need it!

got bearings from moores bike shop in hemel hempstead..£35 came out easy ..gentle tap with long screw driver and levered outer racings out of frame..just time consuming taking whole front end apart and tank off to get throttle cables off

I'm still cursing from the sweat and many tears I produced trying to get my head bearings out of the frame. It's a job no-one should need to do twice on the same bike, so let's hope my experience was a one off and anyone else needing to remove their outer races has the same experience as yourself.
You will find a big improvement in handling when aNTy is all back together.
