Let me refine this question...how do I support the bike so I can change the fork seals!? 😅

I don't think such a jack is suitable for the NTV. Better options are: (1) Try to locate a second hand centre stand assembly... Revere/NTV/Deauville. (2) Use car jacks or car jack/axle stand under the footrests (which have been turned upside down). (3) Get a secondhand Abba stand... but you'll have to alter their adaptors yourself to suit.
Notes: (1) above is the most useful, long term, but the exhaust has to come off to fit the centre stand, and you'll need to devise a centre stand stop if you don't have the original exhaust - the one with the big silencer box underneath the engine. (2) above is the quickest, cheapest and easiest - you can even use blocks of wood or piles of bricks at a push. (3) above is useful, but will likely cost you more than a centre stand.
