hears the slow progress im having with my ntv. its a 1996 650 with a 99 zx6r or 01 zx636 rear end fitted before i bought it it was a non runner when i bought it, i cleaned up the carbon brush part on the fuel pump and it runs =] this is how i bought it if anyone knows what the pipe is can you let me know please =]

first thing was the change the cow horn bars that wear bent and touched the tank causeing me 2 bruised thumbs on the test ride. and a day light shot

then as the headlight bracket was snapped i ordered some 40mm p clips and fitted it up some bending was needed but isent bad at all

next change had to be the exhaust the old one was loud but not very pretty and would fail the mot, my dad has a bandit 400 project (more just a garden ordainment) well he got a fuel exhaust sitting in the shed. it was 2mm to large so got some of that heat proof wrap and used it as a gasket and perfection no leaking nice and short aswell no huge link pipe

went out for a ride today and it dumped all its coolant just the outer side of black wall tunnel lucky i had a bottle of water in my bag so filled it up and road home turns out the front rad has a nice dink and a hole going to message a ebay selling about a zzr 600 rad on ebay and if the pipe nozzles are the same size order it and make my own mounting brackets up for it

Looking good so far. Did you do the welding for the sub frame? It loo a tidy job.

cant feel the exhaust i now have some nicer pegs to XD
the seat is huge and like a arm chair i do find i slid forward a bit on it mind but its comfy
