Well both back in 1 piece and tanned Well this time round we booked both ways on ferry, Once bitten twice shy Day 1) We had 303 miels to do and we did it with no probs at all, Bike run V well and we was soon at our first camp site, with a meal and a few beers inside us and a good nights rest we was set for the next day. Day 2) We set of early and was soon into the ride, weather spot on cool to start with but soon warmed up Nothink much to report on day 2 as went as well if not better than first day. Day 3) Another early start and much the same as day 1&2 weather great, roads great, What more can you want on a bike More to follow about our return trip and alot more to it than going On another note I can't fault the bike as she preformed faultless the whole time.................................................................But, he he wait for it................................................ I Just brought another bike I know you all heard me praise the Honda ST Pan.......................But I just could not resist another Yamaha............................................................................................................... Yes I went for a Yamaha FJR 1300 2002 as the XJ 900F impressed me so much, SO hopefully next bike will be with me by weekend Well thats all i got time for guys and girls, Hope you all stay lucky.

Now our 8 nights at the lodge were great, plenty of food and drink and was far to short, So soon the day arrived fro us to make our way home So off we set nice and early to avoid the rush, cpl hours later we were over the boarder into France........... Now this is where the fun starts. So beeing as I have done this Mway for a few years ( to many to mention) I forgot the bit between Perpignan and Narbonne, Which if any of you have driven it can and dose get VERY WINDY. The glues are there with lots and lots of Windmills on the hill tops, So there we are cruising along at about 75/85 mph when all of a sudden i end up fighting a V strong crosswind and end up almost of Mway. This happend about a doz times before I managed to tuck right up behind a truck and a very nice NL driver came up on my left side to protect me from side winds, we drove along like this for a number of miles,SO thumbs up for the truck drivers....lol(Thanks guys who ever you was ). So ended the day at a camp site just north of Millau with 2 very tired and scared to death bikers. Now i point out at this time I have had my few scares of side winds so know it can be quiet an eye opener, But this was way over the top for side winds. I should have rememberd this part of Mway and droped down onto the N roads. But we survived with nothink more than a few more grey hairs Day 2 return, I must say i set of with a lot less speed and took more pit stops than the norm, Trying to get the first day out of my head and let Jan know I was still ok for the ride back, So soon we had done the required miles we found a camp site just off the N12 and camped up, Very nice it was too, Went and a a meal and a cpl drinks ready to settly down for the night, So just after a shower and a cup of coffee (Yer I know, Ken drinking coffee ?) We was treated to a late night fireworks display, Which I might add was a perfect way to end the day. Day3 return We set of in better spirits this last day with only 190 miles to Calais and plenty of time in hand as we was booked for the 17:55 ferry. A good few hours ride and our first bit of rain since we set of which only lasted about 45 mins and a bit more side winds just to remind us of our first day return. So arrived 3 hours before our booked crossing and we got on an early feery and with just 2 hours rideing back in the UK we was home about 18:30. Another trip to Spain done, Lessons learnd, and prehaps another trip next year Well we will wait and see...........lol PS Spell checker dose not work in firefox, Keeps crashing

Just a short vid on the road upto and back from Tossa Del Mar Spain.
Yes we was in T shirts but it was very hot we wore as much protection as pos without overheating.
This is the road the locals use, but try as I may i could not stay with them seeing as they are used to it.

Nice sweeping roads. It would be hard to wear much more in that heat.

Yes, nice video & NICE ROADS !
Q.: why is the frame of the video moving about all the time ? Do you use some somt of stablilizing programme ? Or is it built into the camera ? (if that is the case: what camera do you use ?)

(if that is the case: what camera do you use ?) GvS (amateur photographer) Well GvS it must be built into the camera as Jan was holding it with both hands. The camera is a Fujifilm 16 mega pixels and just notice it dose say digital image stabillzation, Finepix JX. Hope that helps
