Hi everyone my ntv 650 is pretty well sorted now, the new fuel exhaust is fantastic ! but the bike still pops on the overrun quite a bit (although it sounds sportier and like its meant to be there now its got the nice exhaust ;-). I've changed the air filter and the plug colour is spot on (it was slightly rich before. The exhaust system is now completely airtight, I put my hand over the end can and it choked and died pretty quick . I was thinking about a re jet next (not something I'd attempt myself , the only time i took a carb apart it never went back together). Is it worth me trying to sort the popping noise or should I just leave it ? does it actually damage anything ?
