Good advise to go for a 2 man tent, was looking for either a one or 2 man tent. But it comes in handy to store thing like luggage etc. in the tent. So i'll be looking for a 2 man tent, probably will go for the coleman tent.
@gvs you're not going on the snowdon trip?

I agree with you on all points GvS including your point on the volume of kit.
I did think hard about getting an inner pitch first tent. That said I have only pitched in the rain once. (Just wait for the rain to fall) Oh how they laughed ;D
I liked this tent with its mesh inner as I have dreams of camping in Spain at some point.
I also liked the two door idea.
It will be interesting to see how it performs.
A full report on my return sir.

@gvs you're not going on the snowdon trip? I would love to come, but I've already planned a trip to Germany with my biking collegues. And I think that one trip per year is my maximum quota GvS

Just looking back at this thread and realised I had not reported back.
The tent was very easy to pitch on on the trip to France last year, 12 - 15 minutes was an easy pitch. Fitted in a rucksac with a self inflating bed roll tied on the seat behind me. The rucksack was from lidl with a waterproof cover, which kept it dry through the rain!. That said the tent was damp after day 1 :-)
It never rained when we pitched so the mesh first pitch was not an issue. (I had taken kitchen roll to mop out, in case it had)
The extra space in the two man was ideal.
