Plan so far:
1st Sept
Leave Bournemouth ride through mid Wales and Camp near Snowdon.
2 Sept
Pack up and ride round heading to mid Wales and camp again.
3rd Sept
Head back to Bournemouth.
Any campsite suggestions would be good. Or advice on must see roads.

More than welcome. Good luck with your test. You will need to practice as it will be a long ride if it is the first one you do.

cheers Roger. I should be going down to goodwood in july, and i am going to pop down to my little brothers in cornwall at some point, so should be well practised by september. that said, i'll still be a newbie and I always welcome critique ;D might be able to put together a few good roads too, i love wales, spent lots of time there with my GTV especially the evo triangle

The roads do look rather good .If you can get a few miles in the distance should be fine, depending on where you are starting from. I am figuring on about 220 miles mostly lanes which should be interesing but will take a while. Constructive pointers work both ways. You don't get better at anything if you stop learning. I will probably be leaving Poole between 7-8am. I plan to take it easy on the way up, then have a play on the Sunday before a steady ride home on the Monday.

Mount Snowdon you say.... Well IF you think you can pull it off, RJ... Count me in oops... read your post again and now see what you mean..... never been to wales, and a special ride this year would be good. unfortunately i work as a team and have already given in my holiday list for this year, and don't think i am off those days.. (i do have to find cover for weekend days ) so i will have a look see if maybe i can get those few days off..? a tentative maybe at moment....

You dont have to ride or own a NTV, just as long as you like the forum and like the NTV and willing to help out if you can. Just injoy bikes is good enough. By the way i dont ride a NTV any more..........lol But i do love them, and still own one
