I have just bought a fuel exhaust, which has just given me an idea. I think I am the third or 4th member of the forum that have bought Fuel exhausts. If I can get names and pictures (of your bikes fitted with Fuel Exhausts) I will approach Fuel and try to negotiate a club discount. With 230+ members 10% should not be too much to suggest. www.fuelexhausts.com/Results.cfm?scndctgry_ID=15In the mean time if any of your want to recommend them I will add them to our supplier page on the website. www.hondantv.co.uk/partsuppliers.php

That would be ideal as I'm looking to buy a Fuel Exhaust in the very near future.

Mine will be fitted with luck very soon. I then plan pictures and youtube for sound on the new web site. I will then call then to float the idea. Feel free to pm me if you need to buy before then, and I will call them sooner. It would be good to ask with a buyer in the wings

I will give them a buzz as soon as I get my new exhaust fitted. If anybody needs to buy one in the mean time please try for discount on the basis that we have well over 200 members who will all need new pipes at some point. GvS has already negotiated discout with OtterParts which I have added to our website. www.hondantv.co.uk/partsuppliers.phplets see what we can do. There are enough of us to make a difference if we work together.

I have been in contact with Fuel today and they are very pleased to be able to offer 10% discount for on line orders to forum members.
I am expecting them to email me the latest discount code shortly. So if you are planning a purchase drop me a pm at the time and I will send you the latest promotional code.
If any of you can negotiate discounts with other suppliers please let me know.
Roger

The discount is live now and will run until the end of the year. Please note this discount is for forum members only and Fuel reserve the right to change the code if they feel it is being misused. The discount will be 10% to NTV owner club members and they can use it against all their exhausts. The discount code required for your online order available via a pm to rj2para and mcf . This will need to entered and applied at the checkout stages. You need to ensure the code goes in at the basket checkout stage as codes will not be applied after completion of order. Fuel said that they feel it is pretty straightforward process and that the online payment system is tested and working correctly. "But if anyone does have any initial problems, please ask them to let us know, thanks." I will track code requests so that we can get a feel for the money this is saving our members. Always fun to save money. I am sounding more like a Yorkshireman every day.

I am sure you will be pleased it sounds great. I did try it with the baffle out. While it did sound outstanding it was a rather anti social, in my opinion for town use.
An out of town leaver as they had on older bikes would be good.

Looks good and sounds a lot quieter than when I saw you last week!
Reflection at 5 seconds
I presume this included a branch manifod for the two header pipes?
Easy to fit?
Will it make wheel out any more difficult?

Well spotted on reflection. Yes the branch was included, all very substatial, which is more than I can say for the one that came off. Sounded nice but I wanted the Fuel pipe. The old pipe did not want to come off so we took the entire system off and then clamped the old pipe in a vice and twisted the headers out. It did not want to be parted from the bike but with the lower rad fixings removed the rad swung out far enough to get the old system off in one. I was easy to fit. I watched but it did not look that bad. Lots of wd40 on the exhaust studs helped. The wheel out was not easy before and required the rear break calliper to be removed. Given it is a slip on can I should have more options next time; so potentially actually easier. Looks good and sounds a lot quieter than when I saw you last week!
