Functional but less attractive. Or go for the GSXntv look ;D from the current owner "I bought a race products gixer fibreglass rear end and fitted it by removing the whole of the rear seat frame and simply fabricated a new frame under the seat, which also houses the battery, it was all done in a couple of hours. it was easy for me being a welder by trade. i used about 1meter of 1" box section." I do still like this one Then again the look on the face of the chap in race leathers on his SV650 when he caught me the other day was priceless! ;D

It might be an idea to look up upholstering companies in your area... I know corbin seats often have a little ledge to stop you from sliding backwards, but you could still take a passenger On my strom it's pretty much build into the seat...

RJ, love u and the seat M8, but maybe you should buy a doggie old seat on ebay and send it off to 'Tony archer' 60 Quid to cover to the standard, maybe more for a bit of lift at the rear..(Ohh errr, missus.. ;D ) Worth a google at least... trust me the goods are really good, not personal but every one raves about the Quality..Try it M8..
