Hi Ed... EDCASE indeed judging by that rain soaked picture... ;D You seem to have sussed the pics thing, but just in case i would recommend IrfanView for ease of use. used it for about 5 years found it simple and easy to use personally. i second Rj's question..what speeds can/do you get this up to? and secondly once used how long do the battery/s take to get get topped up. have read that electric cars etc are good but will always be limited at the moment to battery technology having a defined limit regards size, i believe? ( i assume the tech is the same ) so 'Range Anxiety' may always be an issue Although i did see a prog about a service station electric point and some talk of hours to refill until 'fast' fill up came along and dropped that to 30 mins (?) to 'fill up' again. But until then more suited to inner city travel...but do keep us up to date on the progress .... remember nothing good ever came quickly Take care.

Sorry I took so long to re-discover this... Been unexpectedly busier than usual
Range-anxiety of Nissan Leaf owners far less than most 2 I know personally have been close to 100 miles Max. speed appears well over motorway cruising Always a balance of speed versus range Leaf dash is excellently informative I believe quick-charge only practicable at a Nissan dealer If we could afford it, we would buy a Leaf, unreservedly
On my junker, presently max. c. 70mph using lead-acid Range av. 10 miles, best 17 miles, (once only!) Just spent !!! on 64 18v.dc lipo cells and system Will start assembling into aluminium case next week (remote supervision by Steve, MD of Jozztek in Peacehaven) Hoping v-max./range then comparable to a Leaf....? More soonest Regards to all ED-CASE
