Not sure if or how this will grow as yet and feed back would be good. My thought is to Create a dedicated Hawk/Bros thread. What do you think? (question to all members This would help split models. But also provide a way to Keep Hawk stuff in one place but also learn about other parts. Found out today there is a 650 Bros The link below has some good pics and technical stuff. www.hawkland.de/beatty/this new indicator vid may also be of interest www.livevideo.com/video/Swipe/D8E....indicators.aspxFront fork and wheel mods www.hawkland.de/howto.html

No a bad idea Rj. Bit like an American 'Frat' house............. the common rooms are for everybody, but sometimes its nice to go off to a particular room and just hang out with those who like the 'music' you do..... Hawk/bros need their own space to 'Store' their bits and pieces..

"nice to go off to a particular room and just hang out"
I was not proposing we start a seedy club. lol
I rather think of a cool place to chill with some our NTV sporty cousins.
Needs work.
Anybody else have a better idea.
lol

It is worth a`try to see how it goes. Of course most know I have a Hawk. Personally, I dont know how it will do or how many Hawk owners are on this site. I am also a member of HawkForum also thats mostly Hawks. I joined the site because I also like the Bros and Reveres. I dont know a heck of alot about them and they have always intrigued me and wanted to learn more about them. There are some great looking Bros/Reveres on this site for sure and some great people. Also, I didnt really join the site to look and learn about the Hawk nore did I expect alot of Hawk owners to be on here. I guess I am saying that if the word gets out and more Hawkers join, it may work but not sure. I know it`wasnt intended, but it sort of makes it seem like the Hawks are sort of pushed to the side in their own area, sort of like the " other bikes" column is in the Hawk forum.

Hi Hawk well at least you don't have to sit on your own in the room - you can come out and chat with us, or we'll pop in and chat with you ;D I'm no expert but there are more similarities than differences between the bikes. Same engine, brakes, front end, electrics Alloy rather than steel frame for the Hawk chain drive Swinging arm is different. Still single sided, but has to accommodate chain drive Hawk has a bolted on rear sub frame (aNTys are welded) then some cosmetic differences, tank, seat side panels I checked this en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_NT650 and delighted to see we get a link back to this forum ;D What we all share is an enthusiasm for a much underrated bike, certainly when they were introduced to the market. and of course, the love of an open road and the thrill of exploring it on two wheels

I actually think Hawk / Bros are great looking bikes. I prefer to think of the Hawk / Bros thead as all the good stuff in one place and easier to find. Rather than a 'special' room. It is worth a`try to see how it goes. Of course most know I have a Hawk. Personally, I dont know how it will do or how many Hawk owners are on this site. You could always tell your mates ;D 2, 4, or 6 cents would be even better Your posts and comments are more than welcome, the start to this thread is a bit rough as I rushed the move from our build area. if you have any ides for the forum please feel free to chip in or add links to other sites you use. all the best Roger

HI Sky, Well up on my dream list but only that for now. What I would like is a bike like a Hawk with the wind protection of a Pan. ;D Which may take me a while to find.
